Would you like to further deepen your mindfulness skills with compassion? Join us during this silent day with (self-)compassion practices, movement exercises, and silence to further develop our compassionate attitude. This silent day is open for everyone who has a previous experience with mindfulness or other forms of practices, such as insight meditation, zen, or breathworks, for example.

This silent day costs 45 euros.
