MBTF Teacher Training
Kind to Mind offers the 3-day Mindfulness-Based Training in Forgiveness (MBTF) Teacher Treaining. See below for a more detailed description.
Agenda
Mindfulness-Based Training in Forgiveness (MBTF) Teacher Training
The MBTF Teacher Training offers the opportunity to become acquainted with the rationale and background of the group-based MBTF, to learn to work with the curriculum and to guide forgiveness-focused exercises yourself. You will be intensively introduced to the content of the MBTF Teacher Training. The personal experience and deepening of the exercises are given plenty of space. In addition, the emphasis is on becoming familiar with working with the curriculum and guiding forgiveness-focused exercises yourself. More specifically, the following goals are:
Deepening your understanding of forgiveness
You will develop a deep understanding of the principles and psychological processes behind forgiveness, inspired by mindfulness and compassion.
Practical skills
You will learn specific forgiveness exercises and methodologies that you can immediately apply in your work with clients or groups.
Integration into practice
You will discover how to integrate forgiveness processes authentically and effectively into your existing methodologies and coaching programs.
Guiding Forgiveness Processes
You develop the skill to support individuals and groups in navigating complex and emotional forgiveness issues, with empathy, compassion and professionalism (including skills in mindful dialogue or 'inquiry').
Self-reflection and professionalization
You reflect on your own experiences and beliefs about forgiveness, further developing yourself as a trainer and becoming more authentic in your guidance.

For whom?
The MBTF Teacher Training is designed for trainers in, for example, MBSR, MBCT, Breathworks, MSC, MBCL or ACT who want to deepen their own practice. Perhaps you want to deepen your work as a (mindfulness) trainer and / or teach the MBTF training yourself as a deepening training for those who are at least one year familiar with the practice of mindfulness. However, the training is also suitable for social workers, teachers, coaches and other professionals who have experience in mindfulness-based work and want to learn to work forgivingly (in groups or individually) in their work environment.
