Description
Would you like to discover and/or reconnect to your values and purposefully set your intentions for 2024? Then this silent day might be especially suited for you. During this day, you will be immersed by practices based on mindfulness, (self-)compassion and acceptance. This silent day is open for everyone who has previous experience with mindfulness or other forms of practices, such as insight meditation, zen, or breathworks, for example.
Costs
This silent day costs 59 euros.
FYI: Return meetings will be in Dutch or English, depending on the people who signed up.
